产业转型、公共支持与农民工就业转变研究

产业转型和政府公共支持是影响农民工就业转变的两个重要因素。从产业转型对农民工就业转变影响、公共支持对农民工就业转变影响、产业转型与公共支持二者间的关系等方面对我国产业转型、公共支持与农民工就业结构文献进行了归纳和评述。在评述的基础上,还对促进农民工实现就业转变进行了深入分析。

西部地区幼儿教师“国培”满意度与影响因素分析——以重庆市某国培班为例

以重庆市部分参与西部地区幼儿教师脱产置换学员为调查对象,分别调查了学员对培训课程实现自己专业理念与师德、专业知识、专业能力发展的满意度。结果发现各方对“幼儿教师国培”项目目的的理解、承办“国培”单位的管理能力和参与培训幼儿教师的主观态度是影响幼儿教师国培项目满意度的主要影响因素。     

参数自适应模糊控制的自动送钻技术研究

针对传统送钻方式的不足及钻井过程复杂、数学模型难建立等特点,在简要分析交流变频自动送钻系统的工作原理和影响送钻的各因素之间关系后,提出将参数自调整模糊控制与交流变频恒钻压自动送钻相结合。通过对钻压趋势的判断,采用参数自调整模糊PI 控制,实现对送钻电机转速的控制。该算法不需要精确的数学模型,可通过自学习实时修正控制参数。试验表明：控制效果良好,在保证恒钻压的基础上,可实现稳速送钻,提高了系统调节的快速性、自适应性和鲁棒性,精度高,现场应用证实此算法控制效果优越,可实现送钻稳态精度在±0.5 t 之内,而且送钻更加平稳,控制算法亦具有通用性。     

Small-Sample Improved Seasonal Unit Root Tests for Trending and Breaking Series

In this article three unit root tests that allow for a break in both the seasonal mean and linear trend of the data are proposed. The tests, which can be seen as small-sample corrected versions of already known asymptotic tests, are shown to perform very well in simulations, and much better than their asymptotic counterparts.     

Playing in the academic field: Non-native English-speaking academics in UK business schools

This paper draws on Bourdieu's concepts of field, habitus and capital to explore the ways in which working in English as a non-native language influences foreign academics' performance of academic habitus and the level of their symbolic capital necessary for the achievement of success within UK higher education. Empirically, it is based on interviews with 54 non-native English-speaking academics employed in UK business schools. Our findings point to advantages and disadvantages associated with being a non-native English-speaking academic, to strategies deployed by individuals to enhance their linguistic capital, and to the importance of language not merely as a tool of communication but as a key factor enabling individuals to perform academic habitus in the UK academic field. We reflect on whether, and if so, how, the UK academic field is changing as a result of the increased presence within it of non-UK-born academics and, in particular, the fact of their professional functioning in English as a non-native language.     

The Heart of the Matter: Exploring Intergenerational Themes in Children’s Literature

Exploring intergenerational themes in children’s literature, this article shares the perspective of one grandfather and the reactions of educators in response to stories of young and old. Four themes found within intergenerational children’s literature are identified: (a) perceptions of grandparents’ interests and personalities, (b) passing down of knowledge, (c) shared moments/adventures, and (d) perceptions of aging. Intended as a reference point for educators as they select books depicting intergenerational themes, a question asked is, What is at the heart of the matter when it comes to children’s literature depicting themes of young and old?

五四前后的翻译高潮引起中国文学内部结构的变迁,改变了彼时作家的创作轨迹。冰心作为新文学第一代重要代表作家,有着强烈的传统文学气质,但时代涌动的翻译热潮又为她的创作提供了新的审视社会和自我的视角,五四时期文学翻译对冰心早期创作的思想观念、表现方法、语言应用等多方面的影响,使得冰心五四时期的创作呈现出新的风貌,成为研究翻译参与文学建构的上佳样本。
